What warranty do I get?
First 2 days: money back for any reason. We'll give you a full refund or swap the machine, at no cost.
First 30 days: if anything goes wrong, we take care of it at no cost to you. We'll fix it at your home, switch the machine out, or take it to our shop, fix it and bring it back.
Up to 1 year: bring the machine to our shop and you only pay for the part. You'll never be charged more than $100.
If we come out and the problem isn't our machine but something in the home, like water lines that weren't hooked up right, there's a $40 charge.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Curbside or driveway delivery is $20 within 15 miles. Delivery and install is $120 and comes with new hoses and a dryer vent.
What do you sell?
Washers and dryers (gas and electric), stoves (gas and electric) and fridges. Our machines are pre-owned, and every one is cleaned and tested before it goes on the floor.
Will my dryer fit my outlet?
Yes. We can set up any dryer with a 3-prong or 4-prong cord, whichever your home needs, at no extra cost.
Do you buy used machines?
Yes. We pay $20 to $40 for a single machine and $40 to $100 for a set, depending on condition. We don't buy Samsung or GE.
Do you repair appliances?
Yes. Bring the machine to our shop and we'll check it for free, then charge $20 for labor plus the part. If we come to your home, it's $100 to look at the machine, plus the part.
Do you sell parts?
No, we don't sell parts on their own.
